The biggest change is how we’ve reconfigured the entire space. We didn’t just move a few things around—we extended the building to completely transform your cooking experience.
The main kitchen now has significantly more bench space for your group’s chief cook and prep teams. The layout is cleaner, the aesthetic is fresh, and everything feels more organized and open. Don’t worry, we kept the powerful commercial ovens and the generous chiller you rely on; we’ve just given them a huge, well-deserved space to breathe. Your food prep just got a whole lot easier!

The true star of the renovation is the brand-new, separate wash-up area.

We’ve created a purpose-built space just for getting things clean, featuring a commercial dishwasher that can handle your largest loads quickly and efficiently. This dedicated zone, separate from the main cooking action, means smoother flow and less stress after every meal. It’s built to handle camp-sized washing!
